Rooms here were equipped with terrace, bedrooms plus a balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed the venue and its top setting.

That the location was not so great.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Madrid. The apartment was very close to Plaza de Espana metro station. We loved the recommended restaurants and colorful Malasaña. It was peaceful yet situated in a very vivid area.

The location and staff were perfect, we had an amazing experience of 3 nights. The location was fantastic, not too far from a grand boulevard.

From start to finish - a really nice experience of 3 nights. Spotless rooms with superb mattresses, terrace, balcony, hypoallergenic pillows. Btw, located near to the city center.

The apartment is set in a charming location in the heart of the city, very close to the town center, Plaza de Espana metro station, and many funky restaurants and bars. It provided us with a great experience during our 3-night stay.

Clean apartment with comfortable beds. Particularly good setting close to everything. Nice surrounding, close enough to public transport, a lot of bars and the airport. Nice drinks at Pez Tortilla, nestled 500 m away. Warm welcome from host. Spotless, bright rooms.

It was located in a good quiet area close to Madrid palace. We truly enjoyed knowledgeable staff and host.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was also conveniently close to the main commercial area and theatres. Another great aspect was the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment, making it a comfortable place for a family. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a list of recommended restaurants and interesting activities.

The lack of cleaning service during our stay, unless we paid an additional fee. It would have been nice to have the rooms cleaned and essentials restocked, such as bath soap and toilet tissue.

The location was stunning, close to the city center, and the staff was really welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Malasana. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, toaster. The two bedrooms were comfortable and the living room was cool and nicely decorated. The location in Malasana was perfect, with shops and tapas bars just around the corner. The metro was only a 5-minute walk away, and major attractions were within walking distance. The late check-in with Josip went smoothly, and he was very helpful in explaining everything and providing us with a map and recommendations for places to see. it was a great and charming place to stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing all the information needed for a smooth check-in and offering plenty of local recommendations. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major sightseeing spots. Additionally, the room was clean and bright, making for a comfortable stay.

There were some drawbacks during our stay. The shared wifi signal was weak, causing connectivity issues throughout the building.

I had a great time during my 3-night stay at this place, it's located in a peaceful and incredible setting right by the metro.
